There are two ways to delist a product:
- Tap edit in the top right-hand corner of your screen, then find the product and tap Delist
- Find the product, tap and hold it, then select Delist
On selling websites
Delist means that you remove the product from all marketplaces, classifieds, online stores, and POS systems it was published on (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Storenvy, Magento, Kijiji, Scloby and Vend). Items delisted from Shopify will be marked as out of stock.
On social networks
Delisting does not remove posts on social networks (Tumblr, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook) to continue promoting your store and items.
When you sell an item on one selling website, Nembol will decrease the quantity on all of the other websites, where permitted and excluding Etsy (due to their API restrictions). When Etsy notifies you of a sale or you sell an item in store that was available online, simply open Nembol and manually delist the product – it takes no more than 3 seconds!
Note: When you delist a product, it remains in your item list so you can easily access it if you ever want to publish it again. If you want to get rid of a product completely, you can delete it.
